About WHMCS Monthly License
A cheap WHMCS license for running your own hosting business. WHMCS is the billing and client-management system most hosting companies use: it takes orders, sends invoices, collects payments and sets up hosting accounts automatically.
It is for people starting or running a hosting or reseller business who want WHMCS on their own domain without a large monthly bill.
You install our WHMCS bundle on your own server and domain. The install checks its license with us once a day, so it works only with the bundle you download from your dashboard, not with a copy from elsewhere. Branding removal and the add-ons are already enabled.
Each license covers one installation. Moving it to another server IP is possible from your dashboard for a small fee, shown before you confirm.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it with a WHMCS copy I already have?
No. The license works with the bundle you download from your dashboard after ordering. Install that bundle, then move your data into it if you are coming from another installation.
How many installations does one license cover?
One. Each WHMCS installation needs its own license.
What happens if I do not renew?
A renewal invoice is issued seven days before the paid period ends. If it is still unpaid on its due date the license is suspended and the software stops working on your server; a late fee may be added. Paying the invoice reactivates the license automatically, usually within a few minutes.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available to you are listed at checkout. You can also keep a balance in your account wallet and let renewals be paid from it automatically, so a license never lapses because a payment was missed.
How is the WHMCS Monthly License license activated?
Enter your server's IP address at checkout. As soon as payment clears, the license is active on that IP and your dashboard shows the one SSH command that installs it. No license key is needed.

Can I get a refund?
